The Towpath Trail Snack Shack blog covers scheduled events we will attend at various communities along the entire 110 mile lenght of Ohio & Erie Canalway Towpath Trail. Whenever we're not at an event, chances are, we'll be blogging about something related to the Snack Shack or within a reasonable 5 mile biking, hiking or driving distance, from a remote trail location.
Thank you for visiting us on-line! Go figure, that since I have a strong background in technology we'd have a website before the food license ;) While our website is fully operational, we are still going through the food service licensing process. We will be making an announcement within our blog as soon as we pass inspection and receive our mobile catering license. A few of the features with our website include:
If we're not at our primary location where the Greenville Peace Treaty line crosses the towpath trail between Bolivar and the McDonnell trail-head, chances are, we'll be at an event listed on our FoodTrucksIn schedule, Street Food Finder, and on our Facebook Page Tab "Find Us"!

This food service equipment list is required by the Tuscarawas County, Ohio Health Department and must be updated with them anytime we add new equipment. Since it's public information, we thought it'll be good to maintain this master list within our on-line website presence to make it easier to comply!
We've decided to only sell Pepsi products because my wife Rose's father Don Ebner worked at Pepsi and we're a Pepsi family. I never got to meet my father in-law Don, but have enjoyed hearing some of the stories about him. One of the favorite family stories was that when Don worked at Pepsi in Canton back in the 60's & 70's, he was the employee that wore the Mountain Dew costume as a part of Pepsi's promotional program. I've joked with my wife that she had a little Hillbilly in her family as a result of that story.
