Did you know that the Snack Shack is located on both a section of the Buckeye Trail and also, the Ohio-Erie Canalways Towpath Trail? Both trails lead to the Snack Shack & Peace Park rest area!

The Ohio-Erie Canal Towpath Trail is a great resource for runners! Long or short distance runners will enjoy getting physical exercise running to the Snack Shack.
Run to beautiful Tuscarawas county across the Stark county line on the Tuscarawas river at the Bolivar-McDonnell aqueduct trailhead! In 2013, the aqueduct bridge was built bringing the trail to the McDonnell trailhead. in 2017, continued trail dervelopment is planned to connect the last remaing gap in 2018 under the Wheeling & Laker Erie RR bridge.
