This is our mobile kitchen map plan 2 for soups & sandwiches submitted 11/2017 required by Tuscarawas County Health Dept. for our mobile food license. Since it's public information, we thought it'll be good to maintain this file within our on-line website presence to make it easier to comply!
If we're not at our primary location where the Greenville Peace Treaty line crosses the towpath trail between Bolivar and the McDonnell trail-head, chances are, we'll be at an event listed on our FoodTrucksIn schedule, Street Food Finder, and on our Facebook Page Tab "Find Us"!
Thank you for visiting us on-line! Go figure, that since I have a strong background in technology we'd have a website before the food license ;) While our website is fully operational, we are still going through the food service licensing process. This food service equipment list is required by the Tuscarawas County, Ohio Health Department and must be updated with them anytime we add new equipment. Since it's public information, we thought it'll be good to maintain this master list within our on-line website presence to make it easier to comply!
The Peace Park Blog is about the park we're establishing at the intersection of the Greenville Treaty Line and the Ohio & Erie Canalway Towpath Trail between the McDonnell Trailhead and the village of Bolivar. The Greenville Peace Treaty was the first peace treaty authorized by President George Washington and our current US Congress! 2020 will be the 225th anniversary of the treaty signed on August 3 1795 by Mad Anthony Wayne and the American Indians.
The Towpath Trail Snack Shack blog covers scheduled events we will attend at various communities along the entire 110 mile lenght of Ohio & Erie Canalway Towpath Trail. Whenever we're not at an event, chances are, we'll be blogging about something related to the Snack Shack or within a reasonable 5 mile biking, hiking or driving distance, from a remote trail location.
The Towpath Trail Snack Shack collection of hot dog and sausage dog recipes.
This Ohio & Erie Canalway Towpath Trail Blog was established to share helpful information relating to the recreational activities like biking, hiking, dog walking, horseback riding, power walking, bird and wild life watching that someone may be interested in participating.
